Lita Rossana Ford was born in Britain and is a British American musician, singer and writer. Lita Ford played as the guitarist-in-chief of the All-Girl Hard Rock Band, The Runaways. The band was not a success in The United States, but gained immense popularity in the world. Ford's solo metal career was successful after the 1979 band breakup. After studying voice, Ford released her solo debut album "Out for Blood" and followed it up with "Dancin' at the Edge". Ford could not do any success with either album and she left the rock scene for about 10 years. In 1988, Ford returned into the spotlight thanks to the album that became a huge hit "Lita". Kiss Me Deadly was her biggest hit, as were the ballad Close My Eyes Forever and Kiss Me Deadly. Unfortunately, the success in her professional career was short as for a number of years she was absent from the industry of entertainment. In 1995, she released 'Black as well as a year later, 'Wicked Wonderland" was released, she returned to the scene. In 2016, her latest album, 'Time Capsule, it was released.
